CB Excavation is Cody Bilow, working out of Moira. The job is to get your ground right: cleared, dug, packed and ready to build on.

Started On Dairy Farms At Twelve
Cody grew up working on dairy farms in this part of New York, starting at twelve years old. Long days, early mornings, and machinery that only runs if somebody looks after it. That's where the work ethic came from.
In his own words: just being outdoors and working for myself, that's what I enjoy. I love being able to build something, stand back, and be proud of what I've done.
CB Excavation is that, pointed at home sites. Take a piece of raw ground and turn it into somewhere a family is going to live. He still works a full-time job and digs after it, which is why the phone sometimes goes to voicemail and why he always calls back.

Yes.
The North Country, out of Moira. Most jobs sit inside about a half hour of home, which covers most of Franklin County and a good part of St. Lawrence County. Further out depends on the size of the job.
Either. Plenty of jobs are one thing, like a driveway or a septic replacement. The one we're built for is the full setup: clear the lot, put in the pad, run the driveway, septic, water and power, and hand it to your builder.
Depends on the season and what's already booked. Frozen winter ground and dry summer ground both work better than a saturated spring, so timing is worth planning around.
